Are you new to CrossFit? Are you a little nervous about taking the plunge into our world? No worries, we are one of the few that require our members to learn CrossFit movements in private small classes with a coach before we put a barbell in your hands. Everyone in your class is in the same boat, you do it together!
We are now offering a MONTH LONG BEGINNERS' CLASSES. Here's how it works:
1) Call or stop by to reserve your spot. 315-288-4312
2) Purchase your ticket to fitness that begins at the start of the month for $99.
3) Plan on coming in 3 times a week for 4 weeks. Here's how that works...
Plan on coming in on –
EITHER Monday OR Tuesday (instructional class offered either 7am or 7pm)
EITHER Wednesday OR Thursday (instructional class offered either 7am or 7pm)
EITHER Friday OR Saturday (during any of our regular classes. Check class schedule)
Fine print: The first class with this new format will begin on September 2nd ( no Monday 9/1 option due to the holiday). The next class starts on October 6th. If you have purchased a Groupon, and it is not yet expired, this is our new format and it will be valid for the beginner class schedule. You may not join in the middle of the month so be sure to reserve your spot now!!
