ON APRIL 1, 2012, FOUNDATIONS CLASS WILL CHANGE TO 7PM INSTEAD OF 6PM!! AND FOUNDATIONS CLASSES NOW START EVERY TWO WEEKS!!

If you have never CrossFitted before you will be required to complete 6 Foundations Classes in order from Day 1 to Day 6 before you graduate to regular classes. Class space is limited, so you must sign up for Foundations classes. Please call, email or come in to reserve your spot for this class. It should take you 2 weeks to complete foundations and classes run on either a Tues, Thurs, Sat or Mon, Wed, Fri schedule. Classes are held Mon-Fri 7AM, 10 AM, 6PM and Sat 10AM and 12PM.

CrossFit is the principal strength and conditioning program for many police academies and tactical operations teams, military special operations units, champion martial artists, and hundreds of other elite and professional athletes worldwide.
