Who We Are

Jared George
Coach Jared comes to CrossFit 315 with a background in Olympic weightlifting, soccer, motocross, snowboarding, hiking and rock climbing.
"Growing up I always competed in some sort of sport or physical activity. When I went off to college, my competition days came to an end but my passion for movement & exercise stayed with me. This is when I found CrossFit 315.
CrossFit 315 welcomed me in and showed me what a community looks like when they care about people as individuals.
Growing into a full-time coach here has allowed me the chance to spread my passion and knowledge everyday I step into the gym with the best members anyone could ask for. My goal continues to be to give others the best opportunity to succeed and I'm fortunate to get to do that here!"

"I played sports my entire life, mainly softball, which was a huge passion of mine. My love for fitness grew from all the years workouts and practices that came along with playing sports.
My favorite part about CrossFit is it gives anyone of any age, any size, any fitness level a chance to better themselves and their health. You don't have to lift the most, or be the fastest; Just show up, put in the work and the results will take care of themselves. CrossFit helps people achieve goals they never thought possible and set their sights on their dreams"
"I coach at CrossFit 315 to help people become the best versions of themselves. Beyond physical appearance, it has the power to improve minds, body and soul, and it's my privilege to share my knowledge with this amazing community"

Ron Vivacqua
Coach Ron coaches travel baseball and enjoys golf, basketball, hiking and being active with his wife and children.
"When my second son was born, I remember looking in the mirror and knowing something had to change. I was tired, out of share and unhappy. P90X was my on-switch to fitness and nutrition. I found CrossFit 315 a few years later and was instantly hooked. The rush you get after completing a hard workout is like nothing else and the community here has become a second family.
Fast forward to today, and I'm in the best shape of my life, thanks to CrossFit, and I want to share my knowledge with our members here at 315, and growth the next generation of athletes, starting with the Cyclones Baseball Travel Team.
As a coach, I love teaching technical movements through practice and training. Seeing the light-switch go on and helping members achieve their first pull-up, land a heavy snatch or finally get that elusive muscle-up is incredibly humbling to me. Helping people, young and old, find what they're truly capable of is what drives me to continue to improve as a coach."
